| Terms and Conditions Orders Orders are shipped next working day, whereever possible, providing they are in stock. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you and advise you of possible delivery date, or alternative product. We are a VAT registered business and all applicable items will include VAT in the prices quoted. Delivery/Postage & Packing We process orders as soon as we can, if possible the same day, if not usually the next working day (Mon - Fri) whereever possible. If we cannot dispatch as per above, due to shut down, attending a show or have family commitments, you will be notified of this at the time of purchase in the shopping basket, and in your confirmation email, should you continue with your order. All parcels under 1.5kg are sent out via the post office for several reasons; we believe in supporting our local post office, we like the fact that most parcels will be delivered with your normal mail, so no extra mileage is being caused and lastly we find it the most cost effective. If the item you want is urgently needed, please contact us via phone to see if we have the item in stock and which is the best way of getting the item to you in time, as we can advise you on your options and the cost of each. Your right to cancel: Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products, we can accept returns of complete product, which is unused and in an "as new" condition. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
