I ordered the Ezydog Cujo 25" Lead from you yesterday and it arrived, as promised, this morning.  Firstly, many thanks for your really swift service, and secondly to say how happy I am with the lead.  My lively GSD usually pulls like mad in her enthusiasm but when I took her out this morning with this new lead she didn't pull nearly as much (probably the bungee effect!) and when, in her exuberance she forgot herself my arm wasn't jolted as before.  So, again very many thanks - I will certainly be recommending you, and have you listed in 'My Favourites' on my computer.

Thank you very much for your help and very prompt delivery of the all weather jacket I ordered yesterday. It arrived today as promised and is perfect for covering the wound on my dogs back, he can now go in the garden in the rain and isn't scrapping the wound on anything when he sits down, he also had a small walk today despite the rain which wouldn't have been possible without your help. It does look a little strange to see a Bernese in a coat but it does the job  and I will use it in the future if I need to keep him dry and unlike most coats he's less likely to overheat, I will probable purchase another for my other dog at some point.

The post has just arrived and the Heatpad was amongst it. Thanks a lot for the very prompt despatch. I am sure Basil will appreciate it tonight!
I gave your website address to a fellow dog walker and when I saw her last night she was very impressed with it. As she used to breed smooth-haired ‘Lassie’ size collies, she asked whether you exhibit at Crufts as she was positive you’d do well there.
I have also passed on your details to my daughter as her in-laws have a Jack Russell that they take camping with them and have also recommended the Heatpad to my ex-wife because Charlie, the 13yr old family dog, is pretty arthritic nowadays. I’ve also recommended it to a friend who’s Jack Russell bitch is being taken to stud shortly and I’m sure the resultant puppies will appreciate it!
Anyway, bye for now and I’m sure you receive another order from me in the future.
